Customer Service Representative-US-(Remote)

Class start date/hours:  TBD

Orientation/Meet and Greet/Training Kick-off/Equipment pickup: TBD


Training Bonus:  Up to $100 dollars per month Depending on assignment and metrics (Please see disclaimer below)

Pay Rate per assignment: $9 to $14 Depending on assignment

***You will be working with your group and training team for 10 to 20 business days.  Once you've completed your training and certification with satisfactory attendance and metrics your training bonuses will be dispersed every 30 days for each week of training.

Paychecks:  We prefer direct deposit however we can discuss other options if necessary.

Customer Service:  You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our client and the customers they service.  Tasks may change daily.  A QA team will be monitoring more closely at the start and duration of the assignment.  This position requires excellent data entry skills and an eye for detail.  People who excel in this role are self-motivated with above average time management skills. 


A working knowledge of computer setup and troubleshooting is required, as you will be working with a remote technical support team to resolve any issues on your personal computer.
