Initial Requirements (must have ALL):

  • Laptop or MacBook

  • PC must have 4gb RAM and 2gb of internal memory

  • Internet Service- Cable or DSL- Must be Hard-wired to modem (not WiFi)

  • Landline or Digital Phone Service (We now provide phone service if needed!)

  • Workstation/Office Requirements- You should have a comfortable work desk with appropriate seating and adequate lighting.  You should have room to fit 2 monitors with stands, a keyboard, mouse (pad), POTS phone, Phone headset and surge protected.  It is imperative that your workspace is free from distractions or noise.  Failure to do so will result in immediate removal from the assignment.
